For over 30 years I have had the privilege to work in the assisted living, dementia and and special needs arena as an Administrator. I have been very fortunate for such a rewarding career and meeting so many families over the years. Opportunity knocked, so they say... giving me the chance to join the Berkshire Hathaway Zambito Realtor brokerage selling real estate back in October 2018. Over the past few years, I have worked with all types of clients: first - time buyers, clients purchasing larger homes, downsizing to investments and commercial sales and clients relocating to or from Western New York. My dedication to my clients have put me in the top 6% of all agents for Berkshire Hathaway, allowing me to be in the Presidential Honors of Agents for a 2nd year in a row . The relationships I have built with my clients have already allowed me to have repeat business and referrals. I also do property management for clients.
