About
Since the day I was born, I’ve been surrounded by the real estate lifestyle. Whether I was spending time listening to my grandpa and his sons talk about their rental businesses when I was small to spending weekends helping to paint those rentals; real estate is in my DNA!
My firsthand experience came while finishing up my degree in Finance at the University at Buffalo in 2010 when my wife, Maxine and I, bought our first home in Lockport. A fixer - upper to say the least we quickly learned what it took to not only rehab the home but what it took to finance it as well! Now we skip more than 11 years later from that first purchase to now where I have 10 years experience in the residential and commercial mortgage space, 14 multi family units and growing, and multiple single family home flips!
As a WNY native and a real estate expert, I believe I bring both the knowledge and experience needed to help any client succeed in the evolving real estate market we are experiencing in WNY!
