I was born in Albion NY and grew up on my Mom and Dads dairy farm located on Maple Street in Barre. After HS graduation I went to Alfred State College and Graduated with an Associates Degree in Agronomy and Soil Science. I went home and worked on the farm for a couple years and then when we sold the Dairy Cows I went back to school becoming an EMT /Paramedic/ and Finally a Registered Nurse with a BSN degree. During that time I worked with my Dad each year helping him growing crops and managing our 300 acre farm. I ended up with a 20 year career in Nursing and retired from the NYS Dept of Correctional Services. After retiring from the state I worked as a nurse for a few more years before starting a sales position at Bentley Bros. in Brockport NY where I was the Municipal / Government sales specialist for 14 years. I retired from Bentley Bros Oct 1st 2023.
