Born and raised in Western New York, I’ve been surrounded by the real estate world for over the last 20 years. My husband and I have been buying and renovating homes together with focus on improving the overall quality and aesthetics of the house. My key objective when looking at any home, is to identify if it is structurally sound and has good potential. Additionally, I am a Certified Home Stager and have a passion for design. I prepare and help design spaces for clients who are getting ready to list their house. Staging a home not only can give the buyers a vision of what spaces can look like or how a space can function , staging often sells a home faster, and most times, for more money then anticipated!
